Kate Cheney, BA, CMP
President/Owner of ConventionALL Management
Kate acts as the Logistics Manager and is experienced in graphic and web design. She has more than 10 years event planning/management experience and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from The University of Lethbridge. Kate is an active member of Meeting Professionals International and president-elect for the Calgary Chapter. She obtained her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation in 2007, and now is a group study leader for others working on obtaining their professional designation. She was honoured with a planner profile in ConnectWest, a Western Canadian MPI Magazine. She also the received Rising Star Award at the 2006-07 National Meetings Industry Day.
Kate is a professional, dedicated, outgoing and determined individual who prides herself on a job well done and high customer satisfaction results. She is known for her “pit-bull” negotiating skills and her ability to find the best price for her clients. Kate is at her best when the pressure is on. She faces all decisions with complete responsibility and never hesitates to make tough decisions.
Lisa Doyle
Event Manager
Lisa is ConventionALL’s Event Manager and has six years event management experience. She is a graduate of the event management program at Bow Valley College. Lisa recently rejoined our team after a two-year absence and we are thrilled that she has returned. Lisa’s smile and keen eye for detail are great assets to our team. She has excellent customer service skills and knows what is important to the client. Whatever needs to be done, she makes it happen. Relying on her strong people skills, she achieves impressive results acquiring sponsorships and confirming vendors.
